
Started by Jessica Koslow, Sqirl is a spot I always think about when I’m away and thinking of home. Probably famous for their ricotta toast, they do everything well, but my go-to order has shifted from the Salmon Sorrel bowl to the When Sally Met Sally. The earthiness of the beet-cured salmon, the saltiness of the roe, house pickles, and the nuttiness of the rügbrod is refreshing and filling. Can’t wait to go for dinner service.
